    Yes, we are! We are a 100% black-owned, small business, launched in 2017 by a Mom and her 7-year old daughter.

    Sure! Meet Princesses Olivia and Piper...two cousins who embark on a set of whimsical journeys of self-discovery after Olivia questions the beauty of her skin tone and hair texture.
  • What is the #PinkBagSquad, and how do I join?"
    The #PinkBagSquad is our community of Princesses who represent the self-affirming values and missions Pretty POM promotes and follows, by modeling self-positivity and encouraging other little girls who look like them to do the same! Each and every Princess who is gifted, purchases, or rocks Pretty POM apparel, accessories and decor automatically 'gains entry' into the #PinkBagSquad family! PLEASE NOTE that at no time will we ever ask for 'membership fees', 'application fees', or any other manual fee for entry.
  • Do you have a physical store location?
    Currently, we manage our entire business via our online platform! While we don't have a physical location you can visit. Our operations are based in the Atlanta, Georgia area! From time to time, you can catch us at your favorite pop-up shops and festivals. Be on the lookout on our Instagram/Facebook pages for alerts regarding our participation in upcoming events near you!
  • What is your Return Policy?
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If seven (7) calendar days have gone by since delivery of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and/or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate (such as bathing suits) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Customized and/or Personalized Merchandise (unless damaged or incorrect, upon receipt) Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.     All items are shipped from the Atlanta, GA area, and standard shipping times (from order to delivery), is generally 3-5 business days! *Items that are listed as 'Pre-Order' will list specific shipping guidelines in the product description.
